Free Shipping if you choose to have your order shipped for in-store pickup. During checkout, select the “In-Store Pickup” option, if it is available.
Free Delivery on orders over $199.99 to the following Florida zip codes: 34655 and 33556.
Flat Rate Delivery calculated at checkout in the following Florida counties: Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Hernando.
Nationwide Shipping calculated at checkout.
Shipping rates vary depending on the product selected, quantity, size, and destination.
Due to possible differences in size and weight of orders, Artifiturf.com uses multiple shipping service providers. At our discretion, orders may be shipped via LTL freight, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by a third-party AI shipping app. Occasionally, the calculated rates by the third party app may be higher than the actual rates. If it is the case, Artifiturf.com will let you know how much the difference is between the calculated rate and the actual rate. Artifiturf.com is not responsible for the difference in the rates. The buyer is solely responsible for any additional shipping charge incurred.
LTL rates are based on the freight class as determined by the NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) and in accordance with the actual description, size, and weight of the shipment. Additional fees may apply for other services or reasons including, but not limited to, delivery appointments, residential or limited access locations, unloading time, dimension changes, reweighs and reclassifications, lift gate usage, attempted pickup, and/or inside delivery.
Parcel rates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting and are subject to change according to actual shipment characteristics and services provided.

Artifiturf.com offers free pickup at its Tampa Bay Area Distribution Center. Please note that choosing Pickup at checkout does not expedite lead time.
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a notification email with pickup instructions. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Orders not picked up within 10 days from the date the pickup notification email is sent will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All conditions mentioned in this Shipping & Returns Policy apply to all pickup orders.
Artifiturf.com currently ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or international locations.

At Artifiturf.com, we place a high level of importance on quick shipments. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing.
Depending on your location and the product ordered, shipping and delivery time may be as follows:
• Artificial Grass rolls and heavy items usually take 1-8 weeks
• Artificial Foliage and accessories usually take 10-30 business days
• Some items listed typically takes 5-20 business days
Shipment transit time will depend on size and weight of products ordered, warehouse location, destination, delivery method and carrier. Shipments may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, road/traffic conditions and/or other circumstances beyond our control. The carrier, nor Artifiturf.com are responsible for these situations and no refund will be granted for the shipment.
Some items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.
Shipping and delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends.
Once the order leaves the warehouse and we receive the tracking information from the carrier, we will send the tracking information to the email address you provided when you placed the order.
Artifiturf.com shall NOT be liable for any economic or monetary loss, nor for any incidental or consequential costs, expenses and damages incurred by the buyer as a result of any claim brought against Artifiturf.com and its affiliates in connection with the shipment and delivery of the purchased items.
All transit times and routes are determined by the carrier and Artifiturf.com is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of that information. All transit times are estimates only and do not include the day of pickup. Artifiturf.com makes no representations or warranties regarding pickups and deliveries and cannot guarantee pickup or delivery by any specific date or time.
Please note that due to high demand and industry-wide shortages, many items on our website are experiencing longer-than-expected lead times.
If your shipment is returned to Artifiturf.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer must pay all shipping cost to redeliver the order to a corrected address. Artifiturf.com is not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Shipping to a residential or commercial address does NOT include unloading the product from the truck.
All residential and commercial deliveries will be made curbside by all freight companies that are available to transport artificial grass. The carrier is not responsible for assisting in unloading material from the truck, nor does the carrier provide white glove service.
If you are unsure whether a transport truck will enter your street or community, be prepared to meet the driver at a convenient location to unload the load. The driver is not responsible for pulling into your driveway. Artificial turf rolls are large and heavy, so be sure to have the proper manpower and/or equipment needed at the delivery location to unload the shipment.
Artifiturf.com has no control over additional carrier charges, access to gated or access-controlled communities, or knowledge of when the customer is unavailable at their home or business to accept delivery. Therefore, the purchaser must assume his or her own risk and will incur any additional charges made by the carrier. All residential and commercial deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery.
Artifiturf.com is NOT responsible for loss or damage to packages shipped to residential or business addresses. Please make arrangements to be available when the merchandise is delivered.
Attempt to Deliver
If the carrier arrives at the delivery location and the buyer is not prepared to take delivery, the buyer will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to redeliver the order. In addition, the shipment may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for all transportation charges for refused or reassigned shipments. All refused shipments are subject to a 40% restocking fee and two-way transportation charges. There will be no refund or credit of any kind on refused shipments.
Buyer understands that Artifiturf.com is NOT an installer nor does it subcontract installations and is not in the business of installing or maintaining the product and has no liability to Buyer in that regard.
Artifiturf.com has no control over the conditions under which the Buyer uses the product. Therefore, Artifiturf.com does not and cannot guarantee the quality of the results that may be obtained from its use. Artifiturf.com does not guarantee that the product will meet the Buyer's requirements or that the use of the product will satisfy the Buyer's needs. Artifiturf.com is not responsible for problems caused by the use, manipulation, or improper installation of the product by third parties after delivery of the product. Artifiturf.com is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by the product due to misuse or improper installation.
Artifiturf.com advises the Buyer not to plan the arrival of installation personnel and equipment on site until the ordered product is delivered. Artifiturf.com is not responsible for costs associated with rescheduling installation due to delays in product delivery or installation claims.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify the buyer within 2-5 business days. Backordered items will be shipped once they are back in stock.
Due to the speed of processing and in order to provide excellent service and fast order processing, we do not accept order cancellations.
Before placing an order, please make sure you are ready to place it.
In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect items, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the problem.
Once an order leaves our warehouse and has been accepted by the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to secure and protect the shipment upon delivery by our carriers. All orders reported as "delivered" by carriers are considered delivered and Artifiturf.com is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Please note that all items are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receipt with the carrier and document any damage with the carrier.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting all items delivered and confirming that there are no damages or shortages before signing the delivery receipt.
Once the shipment has been signed for with a clean and clear proof of delivery, it is no longer the responsibility of the carrier or Artifiturf.com, therefore, all claims for damaged products, products with hidden damage or incorrect products will be rejected by the carrier and Artifiturf.com.
If your order is received damaged, wrong, or mis-cut, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, take photos of the shipment, the damage, and the label attached to the packaging (photos are necessary and required to initiate a damage claim and/or resolve any problems related to your order).
