Price Match Guarantee
Artifiturf will beat any competitor’s pricing on the same, in-stock, identical top quality artificial turf.
In order to process a request, the following must be provided:
- The competitor’s original quote, a printout, photo, smartphone display or image from an application. Links to the products are also accepted..
- The product’s name, brand, and manufacturer’s roll number including warranty information.
Additional requirements:
- The brand, model number, color and quality of the competitor’s product must match Artifiturf’s product.
- The product must be new.
- The price match guarantee includes the price of the item (s) and the shipping costs.
- At the time when the price match is requested, the competitor’s items must be in stock on the competitor’s website or store and the items must be available from competitor to ship to the customer’s location.
- The competitor must be a registered business
To apply and request price match on any of our products, please contact us via phone, email, or chat and tell us about the item and price you want to match. A sales associate will contact you.
Artifiturf reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
Exclusions and restrictions:
Our price match policy doesn’t apply to certain brands; closeout, discontinued, clearance, refurbished, used, or damaged items. It’s limited to reasonable quantities and can’t be combined with other discounts.
Artifiturf reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. If you’re looking to buy a significant quantity of a specific item, please contact a sales associate to see if a volume discount is available.
The price match policy does not match a competitor’s rebate offers, sales tax promotions, senior discounts, buy-one-get-one-free sales or advertising/pricing errors; it can’t be combined with other discounts, nor to volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors.
Excluded from the price match policy are products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites and products sold by unregistered businesses.
Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, subscription services, free items, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, Point of Sale Activation cards, voice-only deals, and items for sale the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by us or a competitor.
